About Divva
Founded in 2012 in Naif, Deira — Dubai's building materials trading hub — Divva began as a modest retail store serving local contractors and homeowners. Over the years, we have grown into one of the UAE's most trusted online building materials marketplaces, supplying more than 500 retail stores across the UAE. We are an authorised distributor for leading brands including National Paints, ERA, and Sparsh, and we also carry our own brands, Divva and Fonzal.

Absolutely. We guarantee the authenticity of every single product listed on our website. All our suppliers are either the manufacturer themselves or their officially authorised distributor. If you ever have a concern about a product's authenticity, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

We are a supply-only business. We do not currently offer installation services. However, our team is happy to advise on product selection and specifications to make your project run as smoothly as possible.
Orders & Pricing
Yes. We guarantee the lowest prices among all similar online building materials marketplaces in the UAE. If you find a lower price for the same product elsewhere, contact us and we will do our best to match it.
Yes, we welcome bulk orders. Please note that standard shipping rates do not apply — shipping costs for bulk orders are calculated based on weight or volumetric measurement, whichever is higher. Contact us at info@divva.ae or +971 52 361 4975 to get a shipping quote before placing your order.
We accept the following payment methods, all processed in UAE Dirhams (AED):

Yes. We are VAT registered and issue a VAT invoice with every order. If you need a copy of your invoice, contact us at info@divva.ae with your order number.
Yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Email divva.industrade@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Once your order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible and you would need to use our returns process upon delivery.
Once an order is placed, you cannot change the size, quantity, colour, or payment method. However, you can request to remove an item or cancel the order entirely and place a new one — as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at +971 52 361 4975.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all UAE emirates and all GCC countries — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Please note that electronic items are not shipped outside the GCC.
- Within the UAE: 1–2 working days from dispatch
- GCC countries: 7–10 working days from dispatch
- UAE orders below AED 200: AED 15 flat rate
- UAE orders AED 200 and above: Free shipping
- GCC orders: Calculated at checkout based on your country and location
You can change your delivery address before your order is dispatched by contacting our team. Once you receive a dispatch confirmation, the address is locked and cannot be changed. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid any delays.
Occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance on GCC shipments, force majeure events, or difficulty reaching you at the time of delivery. If your order is overdue, contact us at info@divva.ae or +971 52 361 4975 and we will investigate immediately.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Contact us at info@divva.ae or +971 52 361 4975 with your order number and reason for the return. We will arrange a free collection or provide a prepaid return label — no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the item, your resolution is processed within 7 working days.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Packaging Materials
- Material Handling Equipment
- Heavy Machinery
- Items that have been fully assembled or professionally installed
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
- Items with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Hazardous, flammable products, or those containing batteries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You may choose a full refund, a replacement, or store credit — whichever suits you best. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the door, you can refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
- Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunded to your original card within 10–45 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
- Cash on Delivery payments: Issued as store credit, valid for 3 months and redeemable in one use at divva.ae.
- International orders: Eligible for refund only if the item is found to be faulty or defective, subject to verification.
